Potential Developments Ltd
Potential Development began life in 2004 to provide employability, made to measure and personal development programmes and events.
We were told (by funders and clients) that our methods, courses, events and approach were quite unique. Our clients adored the way we worked with them: person centred, holistic and our emphasis on upbeat, brain friendly and accelerated learning was always welcomed.
People always tell us that they never knew learning could be such fun!
We have very strong values, are committed to life long learning and assisting people to achieve their meaning of success and reach their full potential.
We have really listened to our clients over the years and we now offer a range of activites, events and resources that has grown from helping unemployed people back into work to reaching a global audience through the use of the internet and amazing learning resources that are now available.

Our mission is to help individuals, groups and organisations develop and release their full potential: assisting you to build habits that will ensure you are leading a fulfilling, rewarding and successful life and career.

Our job is to provide services that will ensure you can get to where it is you want to be going and making a difference.

Our role is to ensure that if you use any of our services we are putting you in the centre of everything we do.
We are passionate about life long learning and no one will be exempt from this in our business. You will always be treated with respect, dignity, equality and inclusiveness.
Walking Our Talk: we are committed to our own development, all who work for you at Potential Developments believe and behave accordingly with our value base, our approach and our positivity always shines through.
