Our deep understanding of the way people think and behave.

Sure, we have the qualifications, creditentials and combined 200 years (gulp) experience of working with people, but seriously, so what? Unless we get into your head and 100% understand you w we will just be another 'run of the mill' training provider. And the answer to that is in...

Our Methods

Are they unique? Separate, no, they aren't.

Combined though, no question about it, we stand out.

We use all our skills, talents, qualifications, expertise, knowledge and creativity. After all, we are a mixed bunch from career advisors to therapists, actors to artists, firewalkers to counsellors, ex prison wardens to drummers, NLPers to Production Managers!

It's this combination of creative brains that makes our methods produce results.

Even with such diverse backgrounds there is one main thing we all have in common (actually, there are three things):

1. We all posses substantial experience in the delivery of training and learning events with a wide range of people on a large range of topics.

2. We are all committed to the development of your potential.

3. We all believe in our purpose, mission and values.

You did read that right! That statement is consistent with our values and mission.

We are in the business of developing potential and working in partnership with all our clients with respect, honesty and dignity.

Never will we try and hard sell you something (we think) you don't want. If after listening to you we don't think we are the best people for your needs, or we know of a better provider, we will say so.

Resources

There is no doubt about it, the Internet has provided a fantastic opportunity to provide our learning and training opportunities further afield, on a global scale.

In the past, you'll know that most training and development took place in the 'classroom', this no longer has to be the case (although we have found Firewalking is impossible to do via the Internet, but we're working in it!:)

We use a range of resources including: teleseminars, telephone coaching, webinars, downloads, MP3's, products and membership sites as well as traditional teaching methods.

We know nothing beats the 'experience' of a live event, and we will continue to provide these on a regular basis.

It's Not About Us

Without people like you, we would not exist. Therefore when we work together we use every way possible to connect and build a relationship with you.

We know most people find training and learning a chore (usually because what they are learning is irrelevant and doesn't mean anything.)

All our courses, events and services provide opportunities to extend your learning. This can include email support, membership areas, telephone coaching. Please check each course and event separately on how this happens.
